Private Practice Coaching
Overcoming Anxiety, Overwhelm and Imposter Syndrome
Starting and nurturing a new private practice is all about navigating uncertainty, fear, and the internal barriers that can quietly (or loudly) stall your progress. It is as much about growing and expanding as a person as it is about the business.

About my approach
I built my own private practice from the ground up in five months. Along the way, I encountered the same challenges many therapists face: uncertainty, fear, and the mental and emotional load of building something from scratch. I often wished I had someone to talk to, not to just address the mechanics of running a business, but the emotional side of it.
I’ve since supported other clinicians in navigating this process and continue to be energized by the intersection of psychology, identity, behavior, and business.
My focus isn’t just on what to do, but on helping you feel empowered to actually do it.
